New Realities Fee Schedules

Business/Corporate Fee Schedule:  

Innovation / Creative Problem-Solving (On-site* or Virtual)

Each New Realities engagement is customized for the audience.  The sessions listed below are the starting place for the discussions to meet the need. This work is best received in person, and we know that the environment of today does not always allow for in-person sessions. We offer these solutions in person, virtually, and in solutions with the first engagement in person with virtual follow up sessions.  

 AWARENESS — Introduction to the Synectics Technique and Mind-Shifting. This is a 3-hour training which can be done in one 3-hour session or two 90-minute sessions. Cost: $5,000

ENGAGEMENT — Introduction to the Synectics Technique, Mind-Shifting, and Exploring personal and organizational levels of innovation. This is a 6-hour training and may be divided into multiple sessions over days or weeks. Cost: $7,500

IMMERSION –Introduction to the Synectics Technique, Mind-Shifting, Exploring personal and organizational levels of innovation and Solving one problem/challenge via a Synectics Excursion. This is a 12-hour training which is traditionally scheduled over two days. Virtual training sessions may be scheduled within one week or over multiple weeks. Cost: $10,000

Diversity / Equity / Inclusion / Belonging 

Non-Profit Organization (On-Site* or Virtual)

AWARENESS — In this training, participants will walk away with greater awareness and insights in taking ACTIONS toward creating an inclusive and equitable workplace. This is a 3-hour training which can be done in one 3-hour session or two 90-minute sessions. Cost: $5,000

ENGAGEMENT — This is more intense training where participants engage in activities that generate deeper levels of self-reflection and group discussions as it relates to taking ACTIONS toward creating an inclusive, equitable workplace and new realities thinking. The sessions can be scheduled within the same week or spread out over multiple weeks. Cost: $7,500

IMMERSION — This training empowers participants to be an integral part of any effective systemic change process for taking ACTIONS in creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and excellence. This is a 12-hour training which is traditionally scheduled over two days. Virtual training sessions may be scheduled within one week or over multiple weeks. Cost: $10,000

Non-Profit and Community Organizations may be eligible for 20% fee reduction.   

 *On-Site trainings are always preferred for this work.  We work hard to make sure that any session we provide is effective and interactive, AND, there is no substitute to being in the same room.

*On-Site trainings incur travel and expenses not included in the workshop rate.

A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract. The remainder of the fee will be billed following the workshop.
